Query by abc: Does Nintendo own the rights to just pokemon video games or much more than that?
I’ve observed that pikachu is apart of Nintendo’s characters and Nintendo tends to make all pokemon related games. Does Nintendo really owns the rights to use any variation of pokemons in games, does it own additional, or I’m I incorrect?

Pokemon was originally created by Nintendo. The reason only Nintendo uses Pokemon is because of the patent and copyright laws. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.

nintendo owns the rights to pokemon. they have for over 10 years. the creator has freedom to do as he chooses and to make what ever pokemon he wants but nintendo publishes everything so they basically have al rights to pokemon

You’d be lucky to get $ 30 for the whole package, but you’d probably get a better price than at any pawnshop.

Ok selling stuff at Gamestop isn’t always the best idea, especially if you want cash instead of store credit, so I’d say $ 50 store credit, $ 40 in cash. Also, I don’t think gamestop will buy your Game Boy color games like Pokemon Silver
